I wouldve given 5 stars of it hand better handle grip. The handle is wrapped extremely poor. When I pulled it out of the package it had already come undone. My wife wrapped it in leather and hot glued it but I was also told you could use Tennis racket tape.
I suggest learning with a lighter weight and using the heavier chains for conditioning. The links seem to be safe.
I would like it to have come with "instructions" on attaching a flag for best performance. Its been hell trying to find out since the day I first started.
